Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Buffalo Depot! We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at buffdepot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and our return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either:

    • Ship your replacement item directly to you (if exchanging), or

    • Issue a store credit or refund for the returned item (if returning).

Please note: Items must be in original condition to qualify. We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.

We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a refund if necessary.
