Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at buffdepot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and our return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either:

Ship your replacement item directly to you (if exchanging), or

Issue a store credit or refund for the returned item (if returning).

Please note: Items must be in original condition to qualify. We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.
We’ll send a replacement ASAP or issue a refund if necessary.
